We are looking for a Bike Valeter at Triumph West London, the main function of the role will be van driving but will extend to bike valeting and light site maintenance from time to time. Ideally you will have previous experience within the motorcycle/automotive trade, but we're also willing to consider someone with a great attitude who is looking for that first break into the motorcycle industry, you will feel confident moving motorcycles and securing them in a van, full training will be provided. Standard customer service is not enough, you will genuinely want to take ownership of our customer’s needs, wants and desires, you’ll want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. Reporting/

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reporting to both the Sales & Service Managers

• Liaising with Sales Team and Workshop Front of House to ensure a smooth flow of work

• Motorcycle deliveries & collections

• Meeting time driven targets

• Maintaining the van and motorcycle demo fleet (cleaning fuelling etc)

• Carrying out basic service washes

• Managing own workload & efficiencies

• Exceeding Customer expectations

• Customer facing role

• Covering on and off-site events which will include weekends

• Actively promote the high standards of Triumph .

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a Full UK Motorcycle Licence

• Have a passion for bikes

• Have a desire to be close to our customers (we ride too, and we regularly attend events, social meetings and ride outs)

• Be a team player and foster strong inter-departmental relationships

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Be self-motivated and focused

You will need to possess an NVQ 3 in car/motorcycle maintenance. This is an ideal role for someone wishing to develop their career and benefit from full manufacturer technician training.
