To supervise and lead a multi-disciplined team delivering the highest levels of service and support to the Production and Warehouse operations.
Key Focus area is the elimination of any non-value-added time or activity in production supply, maintaining stock accuracy and the accurate recording of all ERP transactions to ensure smooth and seamless operation.
Continuously looking at ways to develop and improve key work processes and develop more efficient ways of stock control.

Lead an effective operation across a small number of production lines within your cell, taking full accountability for employee and operational performance against targets.
Manage and develop employees and workers on your lines to ensure delivery against our Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People Objectives.
Accountable for the successful operation and manning within the assigned production cell.

Working in IT business Team on continuous improvement, development, and introduction of new ways of working to ensure the business systems are as efficient and fit for purpose as possible.
Involving extensive usage of various systems across the role, but the ERP system (Prophet) will be a key feature in this, thus an understanding of SQL, Report Writing, and Business Intelligence tools are a must.
Training and guidance will be provided on each of the specific applications.
ISS is an expanding business and as such there will be a number of projects that this role will play a key part in the delivery of.
There will be a requirement to spend time across all 3 + sites in this role.
To control, verify, print, issue and record labels for production, ensuring the information is accurate in accordance with customer specifications.
To control and issue all packaging for production in accordance with the specification and within the required time for production requirements.
Maintain appropriate quantities of current stock levels within the packaging issue area.
To ensure all operational processes and stock movements in the warehouse are completed in a safe and timely manner to meet Company and customers’ requirements.
Pack products on behalf of our customers across a variety of production lines while checking for any quality defects and working to line speed targets.
Work to set standards in order to deliver targets and assist Key Operative with minimising downtime by remaining focused and making full use of any downtime to assist with other tasks or packing on other lines.

Working as part of the packing line the role will help to lead and develop the packing team to meet quality and packing targets.
The role will be responsible for machine minding, works order completion and providing support during change overs.
