At Ascenti, we believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. As a leading provider of physiotherapy and mental health services, we support thousands of people every day to improve their health and live active lives. With over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, we are dedicated to building a positive, values driven workplace where our employees thrive.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team, playing a vital role in supporting managers and ensuring that our people processes align with our values and policies. In this role, you’ll coach and empower managers, providing expert HR advice while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. You’ll work within the People Experience Team, building strong relationships and helping to shape fair, effective, and legally compliant employee relations practices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with employee relations experience who enjoys coaching managers, problem-solving, and driving positive cultural change. A key part of your role will be to foster a positive workplace culture, promoting initiatives related to equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. You’ll also work closely with other areas of the People function, including Talent Acquisition and People Operations, to deliver a seamless HR service and collaborate on cross organisational issues and goals.
