The Role:
This role involves the servicing, general maintenance and PSV preparation on a range of commercial vehicles, trailers, transporters and tankers from our modern fleet.
Essential Criteria:
Level 3 NVQ qualified OR 3 years’ experience in a similar working environment.
Be able to demonstrate their ability to work flexibly and to a high standard.
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience of working with a varied commercial vehicle fleet, including car transporters and tankers, is not essential but would be advantageous.

The Role:

Pay rates:
Potential earnings of up to £16.07per hour
Guaranteed 10 hours shifts
Plentiful overtime paid at up to £17.67 per hour Mon – Fri and up to £19.82 per hour on a Saturday / Sunday
Overnight £26 per night
Essential criteria:
A full UK C+E licence.
Digital tachograph card and driver's CPC qualification card.
Bulk powder experience.
12 months previous tanker driving experience.
Able to maintain a good standard of driving.
Clean license preferable but up to a maximum 6 points is acceptable.
Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations.
ADR in tanks.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct QSHE audits, prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements to enhance compliance
• Organise and deliver QSHE Inductions
• Identify and evaluate potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Assist with the provision of QSHE, security and product safety awareness programmes to staff through various campaigns
• Deal with QSHE enquiries from internal and external sources
• Investigate incidents, accidents, safety concerns and near misses to establish root cause, implement corrective / preventative actions
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence.
• Undertake random spot checks across the Group
• Travel to group locations and customer sites in GB & Ireland as needed
Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working to/with ISO standards (ISO 9001,14001 & 45001)
• Working knowledge of current Health and Safety standards & legislation
Desirable Criteria
• NEBOSH Certificate, Environmental Health degree or equivalent.
• ISO internal auditor qualification
• Knowledge of BRC Global Standards or Food Safety Standards

The Role:
The role requires General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice, delivering and collection to/from our customers’ premises.
Loading and delivering of food / non food grade goods on behalf of major blue chip companies.

Pay rates:
Mon – Fri £13.93 per hour.
Guaranteed 11 hours.
Plentiful overtime paid at up to £15.00 per hour.
Weekend overtime between £15.00 and £17.14 per hour.
Overnight expenses paid at £27 per night.
Essential criteria:
A full UK C+E licence.
Digital tachograph card and driver's CPC qualification card.
Minimum of 12 months previous class 1 Tanker driving experience.
Current ADR in Tanks.
