As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for MSite customers, delivering exceptional service and support across a range of enquiries, service requests, and technical issues.
You will provide guidance on using the MSite platform, troubleshoot first-line issues, and ensure all customer interactions are managed professionally and efficiently, in line with agreed service levels.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will be responsible for accurately logging and managing support tickets, gathering relevant information, and ensuring incidents are progressed and resolved within agreed SLAs. By embracing challenge and approaching obstacles as opportunities to improve outcomes, you will help support the construction industry's ongoing digital transformation while delivering a positive customer experience.
Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with customers, contractors, workers, and colleagues across the business, helping to achieve together by building strong relationships and contributing to an integrated digital ecosystem. Through clear communication and effective teamwork, you will ensure seamless handovers between support teams and maintain ownership of issues through to resolution.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Engineer to join our Operations team.
• Installation, commissioning and testing of MSite products at customer sites.
• Support & Maintenance of existing Customer and Key Stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise to external customers.
• Deliver a consistent high standard and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Routine and Reactive maintenance
• Fault finding, Diagnosis and Resolution of Faults.
• Will involve regular travel and occasional overnights stays.
To manage client relationships and act as a key liaison between MSite and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction This role will also be responsible for developing account plans and identifying opportunities to cross sell / upsell MSite products.
• As Stock and Engineering Assistant, you will play a key role within our Finance and Operations team, ensuring the efficient management and integrity of stock across all storage areas. You will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and movement of stock, while supporting inventory control through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with the Operations team to maintain smooth day-to-day warehouse and production activities. In addition to stock-related responsibilities, you will provide support to the Engineering team with a variety of operational tasks as required. This may include travelling to customer sites across the UK to assist with installations, maintenance, or other project-related activities.
