We have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Engineer to join our Operations team.

• Installation, commissioning and testing of MSite products at customer sites.

• Support & Maintenance of existing Customer and Key Stakeholders

• Provide subject matter expertise to external customers.

• Deliver a consistent high standard and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

• Routine and Reactive maintenance

• Fault finding, Diagnosis and Resolution of Faults.

• Will involve regular travel and occasional overnights stays.

To manage client relationships and act as a key liaison between MSite and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction This role will also be responsible for developing account plans and identifying opportunities to cross sell / upsell MSite products.

This role is responsible for driving new business acquisition within the construction technology sector. It is suited to someone passionate about how digital innovation can transform construction operations. You will play a pivotal role in engaging prospects, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

As a Senior Engineer at MSite, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the construction industry, leading the charge in deploying, supporting, and continuously enhancing our workforce management system.

You'll drive the installation and commissioning of MSite systems, ensuring seamless integration on-site while upholding our uncompromising quality and safety standards. Acting as the subject matter expert for complex technical challenges, you'll be a trusted advisor for both our customers and our internal teams.

Beyond the tools, you'll act as a mentor, championing the growth of junior engineers, shaping best practices, and lifting the entire engineering team’s performance.

In this role you won’t just support MSite systems, you’ll ensure every deployment delivers maximum value, long-term reliability, and industry-leading customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers as their first point of contact, providing guidance on using the MSite system and offering first-line assistance with any issues or faults, including managing tickets requiring escalation through to technical teams.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our customers to coordinate and oversee the provision of technical assistance, incident resolution, and problem-solving. Your expertise in managing cases within their service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring customer performance, and optimising service desk operations between different tiers of support will be crucial in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
