What is the Opportunity?

As a Corporate Sales Director at Omnissa, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, driving strategic growth within our Corporate Segment. You will be instrumental in achieving sales excellence, building customer relationships, and fostering collaboration to deliver outstanding results aligned with Omnissa’s GTM objectives. Here’s more:

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 7 Corporate Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture that retains and/or attracts top sales talent.

- Accountable for achieving assigned bookings targets for Omnissa’s (Workspace ONE and Horizon) portfolio of products within your Corporate sales region.

- Develop and implement sales strategies for your team that are aligned with Omnissa’s business objectives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Operate with a coaching mindset by providing constant development, guidance, and support to maximize your team’s performance and ability to over-achieve sales targets.

- Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including (but not limited to) forecasting, pipeline development, account planning, hiring, performance management, and possessing deep knowledge of Omnissa’s systems and processes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive incremental revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention of accounts.

- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams to drive business outcomes.

- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development.

- Utilize the sales tools and process to communicate, report, track and manage sales opportunities.

What Will You Bring to Omnissa?

- Minimum of 5+ years of IT industry and Enterprise software experience.

- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent and driving team success.

- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of success exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic thinking skills; with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics to drive decision-making.

- Strong knowledge and experience in the VDI, EMM, and Application Virtualization space.

- Expertise in value-based selling, consultative sales methodologies, and contract negotiation.

- Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team.

Location: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX - This person will need to be located in close proximity to the AE’s they manage that are primarily in either Atlanta or Austin.
