What is the Opportunity? As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will actively contribute to the Omnissa sales strategy, executing tailored sales efforts that align with our objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor for a customer base located in the Ohio Valley territory, you’ll deeply understand their business needs and align Omnissa’s solutions to meet those needs.

Here’s more of what you’ll be doing:

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within a set of customers, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.

• Serve as the primary account representative, selling Omnissa’s portfolio of products and solutions, including Workspace ONE and Horizon.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and drive business growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Partner Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of solutions.

• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce (SFDC), providing reliable forecasting and reporting on all sales activities.

• Conduct account reviews and deliver value-driven proposals to showcase the ROI of Omnissa’s solutions.

• Stay informed on Digital Workspace/End User Computing trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to offer innovative and relevant solutions.

• Participate in regional or industry-specific events and conferences to build relationships, promote Omnissa, and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure Omnissa delivers exceptional customer experiences.

What Will You Bring to Omnissa?

• Minimum of 5-7 years of SaaS Field Sales experience.

• Demonstrated strategic selling skills, with a proven ability to develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Consistent track record of achievement, including (but not limited to):

o Quota attainment and exceeding revenue targets.
o Recognition for top performance, such as President’s Club honors.
o Proven ability to close complex deals with high value.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating the value of Omnissa’s solutions to diverse audiences.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools to manage pipelines and deliver insights-driven strategies.

• A collaborative mindset, coupled with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results for customers.

• Experience with or working knowledge of End User Computing solutions, including VDI, UEM, or DaaS (a strong plus).

Location: Cleveland, Ohio or Pittsburgh, PA
Location Type/Travel: Remote Home Office - This is a true remote “Field” opportunity, requiring approximately 50%-60% travel to customer locations for in-person interaction across the territory.
