We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Sales Leader - Strategic market in our India sales team. In this role, you will drive business growth, develop high-performing account executives, establish Omnissa as a thought leader, and collaborate across teams to exceed revenue targets.

✅ Assess the team’s strengths and opportunities for development.
✅ Optimize the 1H FY26 sales acceleration plan based on market insights.
✅ Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners, including Channel, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success.
✅ Identify and engage with key customer accounts to understand their goals.
✅ Develop a framework for predictable pipeline growth and ARR expansion.
✅ Implement performance tracking to measure pipeline build, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
✅ Gain expertise in deal management, pricing, and internal sales processes. First 90 Days
✅ Establish a team culture centered on execution, customer focus, and inclusivity.
✅ Present a refined sales strategy and growth plan based on customer feedback and market trends.
✅ Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to elevate sales effectiveness.
✅ Initiate targeted marketing campaigns and GTM strategies to boost brand awareness and pipeline. Beyond 90 Days
✅ Continue optimizing team performance through strategic hiring and development.
✅ Strengthen account planning, value selling, and closing strategies.
✅ Represent Omnissa as a thought leader through industry events, speaking engagements, and social media.
✅ Expand market share, refine GTM execution, and build a data-driven growth plan for the next fiscal year.
✅ Deliver a comprehensive business review outlining achievements, challenges, and next steps.

✔ Own the India Strategic Accounts revenue number – drive new, expansion, and renewal bookings to exceed targets.

✔ Grow Strategic business through Strategic Account Executives and Channel Partners, leveraging existing industry relationships.

✔ Enable a data-driven sales approach through continuous forecasting, pipeline tracking, and deal execution.

✔ Stay ahead of market trends, competitive shifts, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
