What is the opportunity:
As a Partner Solution Engineer you will be responsible for proactively driving and collaborating with our partners, assist them in their Digital Workspace practices, supporting the partner sales motions and educating them on the Omnissa platform and it’s capabilities. . Here is a breakdown:
- Engage regularly with technology decision makers in your partners to building last business relationships, evangelizing Omnissa solutions, and providing domain expertise to assist in closing business.
- Enable and manage your partners to deliver product value demonstrations, ensuring they have access to the correct resources and can deliver these to a high calibre, ensuring they are keeping up to date with our solutions.
- Deliver bespoke technical enablement sessions to both Sales and Technical teams in your partners, ensuring the sessions are relevant and well attended.
- Track and support your partner owned opportunities. Working with your Partner Business Manager. Make sure you have visibility of the technical validation process and provide necessary guidance to the partner technical team.
- Make sure your partner's feedback is represented in Product Management and other areas of the business, including setting up partner briefing sessions and quarterly based reviews along with the Partner Business Manager.
- Support your partner’s marketing department with their campaigns and events, ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with the partner.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
- Fluent in German and comfortable in English – both written and spoken (this is a must have)
- 3 years’ experience in an End User Computing role.
- Desirable: 3+ years EUC Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.
- Possess a strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with background in either the customer or partner landscape.
- You will be immensely capable, proactive, an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and will adapt to change with a real passion for the EUC technology space
- Possess a strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with background in either the customer or partner landscape.
- Experience with configuring and deploying some of the following: Mobile Device Platforms (Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, SOTI), Physical Desktop Management (Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti), DaaS / SaaS Services (Omnissa Horizon Cloud, Microsoft AVD(W365), Amazon Workspaces Core, Citrix)

Travel Expectations: Travel is required up to 60% of the time, with the ability to travel around Europe and USA when required for industry events or internal events.
Education: Relevant certifications for Digital Workspace technologies are desirable.
