Responsibilities

What is the opportunity?:

As a Senior Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for designing and evaluating compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. Here is a breakdown:

● Analyze internal pay practices and external market data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.

● Partner with HR teams, leadership, and managers to address compensation-related concerns and provide strategic advice.

● Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

● Lead or support compensation-related projects, such as salary reviews, job reclassifications, or system upgrades.

● Manage and analyze large datasets related to employee pay, bonuses, and equity.

● Act as a resource for employees and management, explaining complex compensation concepts and addressing queries

● Ensure compensation programs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.

● Monitor trends in compensation and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive pay structures

Qualifications

What will you bring to Omnissa? (List required / preferred skills)

● Minimum of 5 years of related experience

● Proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting salary surveys, market trends, and internal pay data.

● Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address pay disparities or inefficiencies.

● Expertise in tools like Excel (advanced functions), HRIS systems, and compensation software (e.g., Workday).

● Ability to create and manipulate complex data models and reports.

● Deep understanding of compensation strategies, job evaluation methods, and pay structures.

● Strong presentation and report-writing skills to convey data insights and recommendations effectively.

● Ability to explain complex compensation concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and employees.

● Knowledge of APJ markets will be an added advantage

● Experience/exposure working in APJ countries
