Job description
• Proven 5-8 years of experience as a compensation analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
• Familiarity with sales compensation concepts, including quota setting, performance measurement, and payout calculations using Varicent ICM platform.
• Experience in implementing incentive compensation module, design and administration of best practices using Varicent ICM.
• Knowledge in Sales Planning Module, working with Quotas and Territories. Ability to build territory rules by territory groups and group types.
• Experience in multiple industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with SQL and databases
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Varicent (v10) implementations.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Varicent certification is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Good team player with strong analytical/technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out the tasks to completion quickly while maintaining quality.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
