The Threat Management organization at Omnissa is looking for a highly skilled Staff Penetration Tester who is passionate about identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our systems and applications. As a seasoned expert, you will play a critical role in redefining and strengthening our security posture by simulating real-world attacks and providing actionable recommendations to remediate identified risks. This role requires flexibility in work hours. Working outside regular business hours may be necessary to conduct assigned penetration tests, deliver finding reports, or respond to newly reported vulnerabilities. Responsibilities

Job Role and Responsibility

• As a Staff Penetration Tester, you will design, execute, and lead complex penetration testing engagements against various systems, applications, and infrastructure components to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Omnissa's security architecture, including cloud, network, endpoint, and application security controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate penetration testing into the overall security strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management goals.

• Provide expert-level guidance on remediation efforts, working closely with development teams to ensure effective implementation of security fixes and patches.

• Develop and maintain a library of custom testing tools, scripts, and frameworks to support ongoing testing efforts.

• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of penetration testing processes and tools, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

• Mentor junior team members in penetration testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
