What is the opportunity?:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead a team of Strategic Healthcare Account Executives in the Eastern US territories. This RD will have responsibility for not only managing the team but driving growth and expanding our solution footprint with our most Strategic Healthcare customers; an industry set comprised of Omnissa's largest customers in the Payer, Provider, Life Sciences, and Med Device verticals.

As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing high-performing team, establishing yourself as a thought leader in the VDI/DEX/DaaS industry, and collaborating with internal and external resources to support customer needs and drive overall business growth and continued year over year revenue growth. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect:

• Be the front-line executive responsible for building, developing and managing a regional team of 5-7 Healthcare Field Account Executives.

• Create and implement a sales strategy aligned with Omnissa GTM business objectives, ultimately enabling the greater team to meet and exceed sales targets

• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to maximize the team’s performance and ability to over-achieve sales targets.

• Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective deal progression.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive customer satisfaction, retention to drive incremental revenue.

• Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of return on investment.

• Regular two-way communication and review with the Sales Team, regarding their account strategies, forecast, sales methodologies and support them through customer engagements.

• Coach and drive the use of outcome based value selling sales methodologies

• Foster collaboration and alignment with cross-functional leaders and teams from the following departments: Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Center of Excellence, Channel Partners and Professional Service, sales strategy, and overall business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to Sales Leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement during Quarterly Business Review

• Attract and retain high-quality talent to the organization through professional network and recruiting efforts.

• Utilize the sales tools and process to communicate, report, track and manage sales opportunities.

What experience will you bring to Omnissa?

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS/tech industry, particularly Healthcare.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in this regional market.

• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic thinking skills; with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics to drive decision-making.

• Experience in sales at a Software/SaaS vendor, specifically selling into the Healthcare vertical (Payer, Provider, Life Sciences, Med Device).


Location:
REMOTE - This person will be located in or near a major metro situated in the Eastern US, in close vicinity or within the same time zone as the reporting team of Field AEs. Please refer to the job posting locations for the ideal locations. Regional travel can be required as needed.
