What is the opportunity?

As a Strategic HR leader at Omnissa, you will play a pivotal role in driving success by providing expert HR, talent, and organizational guidance to C-level executives. You will shape and execute the global HR strategy, ensuring operational excellence and scalable growth across the AMER region and beyond, contributing directly to Omnissa's rapid expansion.  • Optimized regional organization to enable double-digit revenue growth
 • Expert HR, talent and org advice and planning with C-level executives
 • Contemporary, right-fit HR policies and programs for a high-growth enterprise SaaS business

The Work: The type of work you will do – assignments, requirements or skills you will be performing on a regular basis:
 • Help assure an effective operating model for the HR function
 • Address and manage all people-related matters for the Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product Management teams
 • Design and deliver HR policies and programs to the entire workforce, especially in the AMER region
 • Manage strategic relationship with local HR providers
 • Partner with Employment Legal to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
 • Contribute to, and execute, the strategy and design for HR globally, with flexibility for both organic and inorganic expansion

Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Location Type: Hybrid – remote work with travel to the office in Mountain View, CA to support planning activities and employee events
Education: Bachelor degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
