What is the opportunity?
As a Marketing Campaigns Operation Manager, you will be responsible for executing high impact demand generation, market awareness, and sales acceleration programs and campaigns. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Omnissa Global Marketing department and regularly interlock with our Revenue Operations, Global Partner, and IT teams. You will also engage external agencies and consultants to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), Eloqua, and other critical systems and tools inside of our MarTech stack. Finally, you will contribute directly to the measurement and analysis of our Global Demand programs and campaigns with an emphasis on Global Marketing impact on pipeline and revenue targets. Here is a breakdown:
• Absorb our team’s core roles and responsibilities and understand the integrated campaign strategy for the solution and pr campaigns running in market. You will also have a basic understanding of our MarTech stack and lead management and lead flow processes.
• Operate as the primary point-of-contact for Marketing Shared Service (MSS) requests submitted by, but not limited to: Global Demand stakeholders. These requests will include outbound email communications, campaign response uploads, and global landing page creation requests.
• Execute MSS requests in Eloqua and/or triage the requests to external agencies or contractors.
• Contribute to key data management initiatives involving Eloqua and other Omnissa MarTech systems. A key point of emphasis will be the overall hygiene of customer/partner/prospect data maintained in Eloqua and Salesforce.com.
• Assume the role of primary owner for all external Marketing Shared Service support agencies and manage all budgeting, SOW development, and spend tracking with those external agencies.
What experience with you bring to Omnissa?
-Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar marketing campaign roles in the SaaS tech industry, with proficiency in Eloqua and Salesforce.com.
-Eloqua Skills Required: Expertise in Eloqua as it relates to campaign automation (emails, response uploads, landing page creation).
-Lead Management: Proficient in lead routing, scoring, tracking, reporting, and enablement training.
-Data Management: Skilled in maintaining and cleaning target account and lead/contact lists to support multi-channel marketing campaigns.
-Reporting & Analytics: Ensure accurate Marketing KPIs and campaign performance data through system/data integration alignment.
-MarTech Optimization: Assess and improve the effectiveness of the MarTech stack, identify gaps, and implement new tools as needed.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
What is the leadership like for this role?
The hiring manager for this role is Steve Champi, Director, Integrated Marketing, who leads the Global Campaigns and Integrated Marketing team in the Global Demand organization. Steve has 20+ years’ experience in B2B marketing in the tech space and he has led integrated marketing teams for multiple solutions since he started at VMware in November 2019. His primary goal as a manager is to build a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team environment that enables each individual to deliver impactful, measurable contributions to Marketing success.
You will be joining a talented, hard-working, and dedicated team responsible for Campaign Management, Digital COE, and Campaign Operations functions. We regularly collaborate with individuals across the Global Demand organization as well as with members of the Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and IT. Our team members are located across the continental United States, but you will regularly engage team members in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
