Required Skills:

9 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Security / Enterprise software development using C#, .NET and hands-on experience building large-scale distributed systems.

• Track record of architecting, designing reusable, high-performing and scalable systems.

• Experience in Database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, Postgres.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• A high degree of “ownership” - the ability to determine what needs to be done and make it happen.

• Passion for collaborative development and support of quality hosted software services

Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training

• Handle complex technical design discussions across various stakeholders.

• Have a customer focus to ensure high quality solutions are delivered which meet the expectations of our customers.

Preferred Skills:

Experience developing microservices.

• Experience in developing service in AWS.

• Experience in development in AWS and AWS Features Like EC2, Cloud formation, Load balancers.

• Knowledge around various frameworks in .NET ecosystem (.NET framework 4.5/4.6/4.8, .NET core 1/2/3, .NET 5.0/6.0)

• Experience working on live enterprise-grade scale services in the cloud.

• Understanding of deployment issues in a complex environment (security, networking, load balancers, service dependencies, disaster recovery, etc.)

• Security and compliance consciousness

• Experience with asynchronous programming.

• Knowledge on client server development, Web API Development

• Experience in UI Framework like Angular.

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices and tools.

Location: - Bengaluru

Hybrid Model: - This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

• You will be responsible for designing and delivering priority features by working with the key stakeholders, including PMs, architects, other team members, and across geographic locations.

• You will be expected to produce software design and corresponding code with the highest quality. You are an active contributor to a large volume of code, design wikis, code reviews. These designs and code must meet Broadcom EUC and industry quality standards.

• Our team firmly believes in “Dev Owns Quality”, and we expect to release our products with near-zero defects and no regressions. You will deliver automated tests and documentation to support the implementations of new features and functionalities and help solve any customer issues in the product.

• We operate as one team across the globe, and as such, everyone owns every aspect of the product, from developing new capabilities to supporting customer issues.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? As a technology leader, you will:

• Write technical design documents and hold reviews.

• Perform Work breakdown and plan execution in Jira for large features.

• Design and develop highly efficient code ensuring scalability, performance, security, and quality.

• Develop and maintain software that delivers on the team’s objectives primarily in .NET.

Drive and embody the “Dev Owns Quality” culture.

• Deploy microservices using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems.

• Focus on the products' architectural goals, ability to take an open-ended problem, architect and design an elegant and comprehensible solution.

Participate in our on-call rotation, providing operational support to our platform.

• Participate in all team agile ceremonies.
