Department: Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental
Responsible to: Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Manager
Working hours: Full time or Part time position available.
Location: Onsite in Ballynure
Salary: Competitive (Depending on Experience)
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QSHE Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health and environment (QSHE) standards within the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining and improving our management systems. They will work well as part of a team and will promote good working relationships with internal and external colleagues. They will liaise both internally & externally to ensure all records are legible, maintained and up to date.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of QSHE management systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for quality, health, safety and environmental activities.
• Coordinate awareness campaigns to promote a QSHE focused culture.
• Record, monitor and maintain non-conformities, accidents, complaints, QSHE concerns ensuring timely follow-up.
• Track QSHE performance and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide general administrative support to the QSHE team.
The Person:
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
High levels of accuracy
Strong overall IT knowledge is essential as there will be exposure to several different systems
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
A team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Essential criteria:
1 years' previous administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment.
1 years' previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages.
Desirable criteria:
Previous experience in a QSHE administrative or similar role.
