Service Specialist, LIND BMW Motorrad, Welwyn Garden City

OTE £29,400

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Specialist to join our already highly successful team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City.

This role is at the core of our customer experience. You will join the service team in building lasting relationships with customers new and existing, guiding and advising them on work needed on their motorcycles and being with them every step of the way.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
• Achieving budgets
• Liaising with all Departments
• Advising customers on the service journey for their motorcycles
• Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
• Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims 
• Maximising profitability whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous motorcycle/ automotive trade experience within a service department
• A can-do attitude
• Be a Team Player
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• Great Computer Skills
• Ability to utilise multiple systems
• Possess a Methodical Approach
• Be Approachable and Honest
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
• A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
• A strong knowledge of BMW Parts, Accessories and Clothing
