We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Money Matters Adviser (known internally as Economic Inclusion Officer) to join our Income Services Team,on a Twelve Month Fixed Term contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting tenants to overcome financial barriers and improve their overall wellbeing.

As an Economic Inclusion Officer, you will be at the forefront of helping tenants maximise their income, reduce financial hardship, and sustain their tenancies. Working directly with individuals and families, you’ll provide face-to-face, high-quality advice and support on a wide range of financial and social inclusion matters. Your work will contribute directly to preventing rent arrears, promoting financial stability, and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in delivering tailored advice and support to individuals and households.
  • Empathetic and confident, with the ability to build trusting relationships with people from all backgrounds.
  • Organised and outcome-focused, with strong case management skills
  • Driven by purpose, with a genuine passion for achieving positive financial and social outcomes for tenants and the organisation.
