We provide 3,400 homes across West Yorkshire for lots of different types of households. This includes homes for families, supported housing for older people, student homes, shared ownership homes and homes for affordable and market rent.

Our Property Services Team are looking for a Surveyor who will be responsible for managing repairs and delivery of ad-hoc orders, incorporating diagnosis, specification, commissioning, contractor supervision and pre / post inspections for contractors and our own in-house team. The Surveyor will be carrying out surveys to customers’ homes, recording detailed stock condition information and diagnosing maintenance requirements. Committed and passionate about excellent customer service and achieving value for money, you will be trusted to ensure quality and customer satisfaction are achieved. You’ll be managing your own work and diary so you will be trusted to work independently. You will need to be able to travel to our properties so a driving licence and vehicle are essential for this role.
