Graphic Designer Senior

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create outstanding print and apparel designs and grow high-performing ecommerce stores for Teemill’s highest value VIP partners turning strong creative direction into commercially successful product ranges and stores that inspire customers, elevate partner brands and drive significant revenue.
You’ll also mentor and support junior members of the team, helping build a strong and capable creative team.
What you will be doing as a Senior Graphics Designer
• Design standout apparel graphics and print-ready artwork for high-value VIP partner and own-brand stores, from initial concept through to production
• Build and shape product catalogues and ranges, curating products that maximise commercial appeal and reflect each partner’s brand
• Manage and grow merchandise stores on the Teemill platform, using ecommerce metrics such as product sales, conversion rate and overall store performance to optimise ranges and identify new opportunities
• Proactively spot trends and product opportunities that can unlock new revenue across stores and partnerships
• Bring a forward-thinking approach to AI, using emerging tools to drive innovation, efficiency and quality across your design and store management work
• Help mentor and support a the creative team, coaching on internal processes, KPIs, platform skills and individual design development
• Ensure the quality of designs produced across the team is to the expected standard, on brand, on brief and commercially sound
• Maintain an organised design schedule and ensure internal processes are followed by reviewing submitted briefs for commercial viability and ensuring the team has what they need to deliver
What we’re looking for:
• A strong portfolio of print and apparel design work, with a commercial eye for what will sell.
• Proven experience in a professional creative agency, in-house design team or similar commercial environment.
• Previous experience of motivating, supporting and organising a busy creative team while keeping projects on track.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, with strong print production knowledge and a solid understanding of merchandise, ecommerce and commercial design.
• Curiosity about AI and how emerging tools can improve creative workflows, quality and speed.
