Senior Business Development Manager
At Teemill, we are rewriting the rules of the fashion industry through sustainable, circular, print-on-demand e-commerce. We’re looking for a highly capable, commercially sharp, and intellectually curious Senior Business Development Manager to join our growth team.
This role is for a strategic sales professional who operates at the intersection of brand strategy, creative problem-solving, and revenue generation. If you love the thrill of pitching big ideas, navigating complex client landscapes, and owning the commercial execution of partnerships from start to finish, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify, target, and convert high-value opportunities, moving prospects from initial outreach to deeply integrated, high-performing e-commerce stores.
- Lead complex pitches and build compelling, creative proposals that translate a partner’s brand identity and commercial ambitions into a highly profitable digital storefront.
- Act as a strategic partner to high-value brands, creators, charities, and cultural institutions, helping them rethink their monetisation strategy
- Own your sales pipeline end-to-end, using data to prioritise high-yield activity and continuously refining your outreach, negotiation, and conversion strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital culture, consumer trends, and emerging market shifts to proactively pitch relevant concepts to partners before they even know they want them.
- Drive revenue targets and contribute directly to Teemill’s overarching commercial strategy, using modern tech and AI tools to supercharge your output.
What we are looking for
- A proven track record in business development, account management, or growth strategy, ideally within environments that require managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- A consultative approach to selling that focuses on solving commercial problems, confidently engaging C-suite decision-makers, and closing high-value deals.
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in tech, e-commerce, and digital innovation, viewing AI tools as leverage to optimise your daily workflow and productivity.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and ruthlessly prioritise your time
- Resilience and deep accountability, with the ability to treat setbacks as learning opportunities
- A genuine interest in sustainability and a desire to use your commercial sharpness to steer major brands toward zero-waste business models.
