Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and bring big ideas to life for our VIP partnerships. You’ll work on everything from designing on-trend, commercially successful prints to building high-converting ecommerce stores and creating ad and marketing content. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with account managers, senior designers, and our marketing team to deliver high-quality creative that makes an impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing standout prints for products like jerseywear, homeware, art prints and stationery.
• Building and maintaining ecommerce merchandise stores for VIP clients, ensuring they look great, reflect brand guidelines, and drive conversions.
• Producing creative ad and marketing content, including newsletters and campaign assets.
• Contributing to the wider Teemill design platform with pitch pages, website content, marketing assets and design library resources.
• Tracking progress with weekly reporting on project performance.

What we’re looking for

• A strong portfolio that shows off your design skills and versatility.
• Experience producing client-based design work (agency, in-house or freelance).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A sharp eye for detail, layout, and visual style across different media.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and a confident team player who communicates clearly.
• A relevant degree or proven experience in a commercial design role with high-quality output.
