The Creative Director, leads the direction of the brand across campaigns, content, and customer experience - while also owning key outcomes around awareness, brand equity, and long-term growth. Working closely with the Marketing Lead and company leadership to drive both the emotional and commercial power of the Rapanui brand. This is a senior, cross-functional role that blends excellent taste and creative direction with commercial instinct and leadership. Shaping how the world sees Rapanui - and why they fall in love with it.
• Lead the creative direction of the Rapanui brand Responsible for the visual identity, tone of voice, and brand expression across all touchpoints. Maintaining high standards of execution in everything we produce - from campaigns to packaging.
• Own brand growth metrics and awareness objectives Set and deliver clear targets for growing brand awareness, affinity, and perception. Measure impact through brand tracking, organic reach, social share of voice, PR coverage, and campaign performance.
• Drive creative strategy that fuels business growth Partner with the Marketing team to shape campaigns that not only look great, but also deliver on business objectives - from increasing customer acquisition to deepening loyalty.
• Champion storytelling that builds emotional connection Craft and oversee compelling narratives that articulate our mission, connect with our audience, and set us apart in a crowded market.
• Lead content creation and production Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content including design, photography, video, and brand campaigns. Manage in-house creatives and freelancers, and direct photoshoots and brand films.
• Act as the brand guardian Ensure all brand communications - internally and externally - are consistent, inspiring, and aligned with our values. Review all major creative output for tone, look, and feel.
• Lead the brand & creative team Manage, and develop a high-performing team of designers, content creators, and brand storytellers. Set a culture of creative excellence and commercial focus.
• Collaborate cross-functionally Work closely with Product, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure all creative work ladders up to a unified brand vision and delivers business impact.
