The Talent Acquisition Specialist, will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions of the company. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals and values. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to assess candidates' potential to thrive in our unique culture

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent while aligning with Teemill's growth objectives and sustainability values.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate selection process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance Teemill’s employer brand, ensuring our company is perceived as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes, ensuring a diverse talent pool and promoting an inclusive work environment.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in hiring practices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations.
Qualifications

Essential: CIPD level 5 

Desirable: A Human Resources/ Business degree

Experience
  • In an in house recruiter role.
  • Experience in an retail or FMCG environment
  • Experience in building both a tactical and strategic recruitment from the ground up.
