Job Description

As a Content Marketing Executive, your role is to produce quality marketing content that drives performance across key areas of the business including content for the Teemill Platform, content for top VIP stores, and content for own brands. You will work closely with business directors on executing the marketing strategy, working with the wider marketing team to create and deliver engaging and inspiring content across a range of digital channels to reach our customers (and their customers). By crafting and publishing quality content, you’ll help our existing customers to generate sales as well as attracting new customers to the Teemill platform. In addition - you’ll be responsible for clearly communicating our core sustainability USP throughout our comms, helping to grow the Teemill brand by leading the narrative around sustainability and circularity in retail.

Responsibilities

•Planning, creating and sharing short and long form content to be used across our range of digital channels, including social media, blogs, pitch pages, emails and flows, to grow engagement with Teemill customers, and their customers.

•Planning, writing and scheduling email newsletters and automated flows on behalf of our customers to help them grow their business.

•Coordinating with the rest of the Teemill team to deliver the content for key marketing initiatives.

•Visually communicating stories through an effective choice of photography, video or graphic assets.

•Researching and developing SEO-driven web and video content to help us reach new customers and increase traffic.

•Analysing and reporting on in-platform metrics to see how our marketing content is performing, as well as how customers are using the platform, and how we can improve it.

•Contributing to the delivery of high-quality video and editorial content to engage store owners with new products, features, services and suggestions, to keep them making the most of the platform, and encouraging them to make their own marketing content.

•Developing creative ideas, suggesting new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

•To create and share short-form social media and newsletter content, as well as longer form blog and video content to our customers (and prospective customers) across all of our digital channels.

Qualifications

Essential: 5 GCSE’s grade A*-C/9-4 including English and Maths.

Desirable: University degree 2:1 or above

Experience
Essential: 1+ years of experience within a marketing, copywriting or content production role
