Job Description
As an Account Manager in our Business Development team at Teemill, you will play a pivotal role in developing and growing existing accounts and business partnerships. The primary objective of the team is to foster growth within our current partnerships by strategising and executing innovative campaigns tailored to meet their goals and targets. This includes orchestrating large-scale campaigns, collaborating with designers, artists, charities, and influencers, and working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, and Software Engineering to enhance our platform and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Drive growth through exciting and innovative campaigns that incorporate influencers, celebrities, and high-profile brands.
- Plan, project manage, and oversee campaigns to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
Creative Strategy and Opportunity Exploration
- Innovate and execute new opportunities and marketing initiatives to support partner objectives.
- Utilise Teemill in partner marketing strategies to achieve their goals effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively across internal teams (Marketing, Design, Software Engineering) to integrate strategies and deliver cohesive solutions.
- Coordinate with teams to execute client and internal ideas effectively.
Pitching and Proposal Development
- Pitch prospective clients on new campaign ideas aligned with current digital trends and client objectives.
- Prepare compelling proposals that demonstrate value and innovation.
Qualifications
A-levels or equivalent qualifications & 5 GCSE’s grade A*-C/9-4 including in English and Maths
Experience
Essential
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in identifying and capitalising on opportunities for account growth and development.
Desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales roles.
