What is the opportunity?:
As a Product Manager for Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management, you will be responsible for executing the product strategy for Product Provisioning, enabling admins to deliver profiles, applications, and installation instructions to rugged devices. To do so, you’ll work cross functionally with engineers, designers, fellow product managers, and our customers. Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management is deployed by some of the largest brands on the planet, and you’ll be working closely with them to drive enablement, adoption, and awareness. The highly collaborative role requires an individual with exemplary collaboration, and communication skills, as well as business and technical acumen, to drive success across a multitude of teams and disciplines. The role requires passion for building outstanding products that customers love to use, great empathy for customer challenges, willingness to do what it takes to help the field grow the business, and the ability to align teams to a common vision.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management in the B2B enterprise space with overall 4+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering solutions for enterprise customers within the End User Computing market is a plus.
• Prior experience with endpoint management technologies is a plus.
• Willing to travel on business need.
• BS in Computer Science or related technical field with MS or MBA a plus.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
• Work directly with customers, field teams, and partners to understand the issues and opportunities not currently addressed.
• Collaborate/Pair daily with client Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to solve complex problems in uncertain environments using a combination of their domain knowledge and your skills.
• Perform research, brainstorm solutions, and help guide product direction. Balance opportunities and business needs while keeping stakeholders aligned and supportive.
• Facilitate software demos, stakeholder check ins, and other key meetings virtually or in-person.
• Collaborate with our product and technical marketing teams to showcase new product releases to drive awareness and adoption.
• Learn new skills and grow in your own career while contributing learnings back to others in our Product Management practice so we can all grow and thrive together.
Location: Bengaluru Location
Type: HYBRID. This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays.
Travel Expectations: 10% of travel Domestic/International only if business demands.
