2 x Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinators – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 12.45pm (18.75 hours) or M/T/W/Th - 10.30am - 2.15pm, Fri 10.30am - 1.45pm (18.25 hours)
Up to £26,760 FTE per annum, pro rata
• First 6 weeks 9.30am – 1.15pm to undertake training
• Hybrid working after successful probation period of 6 months

Two new part-time fixed term contract opportunities have opened up in our Customer Experience Team where you can help shape and deliver a brilliant customer experience by being the first point of contact for our customer enquiries.
About the role:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Worthing Homes, you will be instrumental in delivering brilliant service and supporting our customers. Your ability to understand their needs, resolve challenges with professionalism, and build strong relationships will be key to your success.
