Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Officer to join our Lettings team on a permanent basis. Are you an organised and self-motivated person, able to work in a fast-moving environment and manage shifting priorities? Prior experience of working in a lettings environment in social housing is desirable, but not essential.
In this role you will be the first point of contact with new and prospective tenants, handling the lettings process for our social housing and new build properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that all criteria for letting our homes is met and that our properties and ready and of a good standard for new tenants to move into.
We pride ourselves on our customer focus and so we are seeking a like-minded individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You must enjoy engaging with people, have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and varied role.
