We’re looking for a talented individual to lead and motivate our team, helping us to continue to provide excellent, efficient customer services. What you’ll be responsible for:
- Oversight of supply chain management
- Representing the Islands Insurance Group in our capacity as an MGA for NFU Mutual
- Driving long-term claims strategy
- Coaching, inspiring and develop technical excellence and quality in the team
- Developing effective business relationships internally and externally
What you’ll need:
- A solid understanding of general insurance (specific claims leadership experience would be an advantage)
- Proven leadership/management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner.
Whilst this is a permanent, full-time role we would be happy to consider offering on an FTC basis (minimum of 12 months) for the right candidate or reduced hours (minimum of 21 per week).
Remote working will be considered so long as regular visits to Jersey can be accommodated
