We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Claims Handler to join our team at Islands. If you have experience within the claims sector, and experience of dealing with technical claims then we have a fantastic opportunity for you. 

Candidates must hold a Dip CII qualification or working towards completion of this. 

Candidates must also have;

• Detailed knowledge and understanding of Insurance claims theory and practice.

• Awareness of the current general Insurance market in relation to claims.

• Understanding of claims negotiation.

• Appreciation of the importance of providing a high-quality service for both internal and external customers.

• A comprehensive understanding of our products.

• Experience handling complex property and commercial claims.
