We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team at GAMA and make a real impact on our UK and GAMA Europe operations.

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and challenging our commercial teams to drive sales, improve margins, and control costs. You’ll deliver insightful analysis, provide guidance for decision-making, and contribute to long-term planning and forecasting. This is a key role with exposure to stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning.

What will you do?

• Act as the key finance partner for UK and GAMA Europe commercial teams, providing analysis on promotions, rebates, and margins.
• Deliver actionable reporting on actuals, variances, and KPIs while managing and enhancing Power BI data insights.
• Help set and monitor sales targets and incentives for our commercial teams.
• Support strategic planning, including budgets, forecasts, sales targets, and business cases for new products and pricing.
• Provide financial guidance for tenders and assist with month-end tasks and ad hoc projects.

What will you need?

• Essential Qualification: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• Proven experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A roles, ideally in a fast-paced, global organisation.
• Strong expertise in business partnering, stakeholder management, and coaching.
• High proficiency in commercial decision-making, analytical thinking, and interpersonal relationship-building.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Effective influencing skills to support collaboration and drive results.
