A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join our already highly successful team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City and become a member of the renowned LIND family.
This role is at the core of our customer experience and successful operation of the workshop. Working in a dedicated and lively environment, your focus will be on the customer journey, sourcing and providing parts for customers and the workshop to carry out services to motorbikes. Your role will be a vital part of the BMW Welwyn story!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
- Achieving sales targets by selling parts, accessories & clothing via the retail counter and workshop
- Liaising with all Departments
- Stock control, including regular stock checks Ordering and verifications
- Online shop management
- Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
- Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry to sale
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
- Social media promotions and general posts
The successful candidate will have:

- A passion for motorcycles
Desirable:
- Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
- Knowledge of BMW Parts, Accessories and Clothing
