We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Adviser (English / German) to join our busy team supporting a range of international and UK based customers and ensuring they can “Depend on US”. You will provide an excellent level of customer service and support, and take ownership of all tasks undertaken whilst maintaining excellent working partnerships with both external customers and internal colleagues.
On a daily basis you will:
• Enter, process, revise, expedite and confirm all orders accurately. All orders received by 1pm UK time must be processed for shipment same day.
• Provide necessary documentation to the Warehouse to allow despatch, including updating orders and creating Commercial Invoices as required.
• Process RMA requests, seeking assistance from the Technical Team as appropriate and raising approvals to Customer Service Team Lead for warranty replacements and returns.
• Create and send quotes for calibrations and repairs.
• Process international documentation as required.
• Ensure customers are provided with accurate and timely information and are always dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. All email enquiries must receive a reply within 24 hours.
• Respond to emails and take telephone calls regarding stock availability, promotions, complaints and RMA requests.
• Ensure any significant customer issues are brought to the attention of the Customer Service Team Lead.
• Maintain accurate records and undertake processes within the ERP and CRM systems, including setting up new customer accounts, maintaining and updating existing accounts and creating Sapphire Care Plans.
• Along with the Customer Service Team Leader develop a customer care philosophy that ensures customer satisfaction.
• Undertake all company training courses as required.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform other tasks if required to help the wider team during holidays/sickness.
About you:
Your ability to communicate effectively in both fluent English and fluent German with colleagues and customers is paramount.
