Management Accountant
We are now looking to recruit a qualified Management Accountant to join our Finance team, on a 3 months fixed-term contract. The role is located in our Watford, Croxley Park office.

About You:
- We’re looking for a candidate that is excited about excellence and playing a critical part in the business’ focus on serving our customers better. You are comfortable working in a structured environment, with the agility to adapt when necessary. You can work independently, and as part of a team and confident to suggest improvements to work more efficiently.
Role Purpose:
- The purpose of the Management Accountant role is to prepare and present financial reports to senior management teams to give an insight into business performance.
- Lead on ledgers and month end accounting activities.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Production of management accounts pack with variance analysis and commentaries in timely and accurate manner Accounting for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, leases, Payroll Journal.
- Monthly revenue recognition calculation with supporting documentation Detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation
- Fixed Asset accounting - maintaining the fixed register
- Quarterly vat calculations and submissions
- The office national statistics returns Operational reporting - wip reporting, timesheet summary reporting
- Assisting with annual audit process
- Other Ad hoc financial reporting for internal stakeholders
- Purchase Ledger, Expenses, Credit Cards, Bank Reconciliations
